2013 Top Dog Contest Results

	Congratulations to Lex Dobeck for writing the winning essay for the 2012-2013 "Top Dog" contest. His dog Shotgun received the number one dog tag in Cuyahoga County. The Cuyahoga County Fiscal Office would also like to congratulate the other ceremony winners and every child who participated in the program this year!
